We would love to have you join our crew and offer many different workout formats for all fitness levels and ages.   Options available for online zoom and in Studio Classes.

Effective Oct 1/21
Proof of vaccination will be required for all age eligible participants that enter the fitness studio (age of 12 and over).  Under the age of 12 will not be required to provide proof as they are not eligible for vaccination at this time.  This is mandated by the Saskatchewan Government for all Fitness Studios and Gyms.



It is mandatory that all participants/parents abide by the following for each day of camp. If “Yes” to any of the questions below, please do not enter facility or attend any TJ Power Fit Sessions.

  1. Participants must be feeling well and show no signs or symptoms of illness/COVID- 19 such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath (please see list of symptoms available 2019- novel-coronavirus). 
  2. You or anyone in your household has not travelled out of the Country in the last 14 days.
  3. You or anyone in your household has not had contact with any persons who may have been in contact with COVID-19, or someone who is begin investigated or confirmed to be a case of COVID – 19
  4. If you are self isolating from school or work due to Covid cases in your school classroom or your work place, please do not attend any sessions until you are cleared to do so.


We are doing our very best to keep everyone in a safe and healthy environment. 











All Classes offered with the option of in Studio or Virtual  (unless otherwise posted).  Virtual format will be offered using Zoom

Sunday’s- Oct 17- Dec 5

                   10:00am-11:00am- TJ Power (Trx Straps, bands, weights, etc.)

                    Mash up class!


Monday’s– Oct 18- Dec 6

                    6:00pm-7:00pm TRX Body Blast (TRX Straps)


Tuesday’s– Oct 19- Dec 7

                    4:40pm- 5:30pm- Girls Hockey Dryland

                    5:55pm-6:40pm- Metabolic Meltdown (45mins)

                    6:45pm-7:15pm- Refresh Stretch


Wednesday’s Oct 20- Dec 8

 6:00pm-6:30pm- MOVE IT (Pure Cardio!)

                       6:35pm- 7:20pm- Athletic Stretch

*Alternating with additional classes TRX Stretch, Refresh Stretch Class, and the new Foam Roll, Stretch and Activation Class



Thursday’s– Oct 21- Dec 9

                      5:00pm-5:45pm- age 8-12 Hockey Dryland

                      6:00pm-6:45pm- TJ Strength (Strength building class)


Friday’s – Oct 22- Dec 10

                   5:45am- 6:30am- Sunrise Sweat (in studio only)
