Tuesday’s-  April 9- June 11

 

6:00- 6:40pm- Metabolic Meltdown/Tabata HIIT

6:40-7:15pm- Refresh Stretch

 

Wednesday’s- March 27- June 12

No classes April 3

6:00- 6:50pm – TRX Strength & Stretch (with added weights & bands)

 

Thursday’s-  private hockey groups

 

5:00pm- ?

 

Friday’s – April 12- June 14

 

5:45am- 6:30am- Sunrise Sweat
