6:00- 6:40pm- Metabolic Meltdown/Tabata HIIT

6:40-7:10pm- Refresh Stretch

7:15-7:55pm- Private Hockey Group

 

Wednesday’s- January 10- March 13

(No class Jan 24, Make Up Thursday March 21)

5:15- 5:45pm-  Dryland Stretch/Mobility (6 week Session Jan 10- Feb 28, no classes Jan 24 & Feb 21)

6:00- 6:50pm – TRX Strength & Stretch (with added weights & bands)

 

Thursday’s- January 11- ?

6:15- 7:00pm- Private Hockey Group

7:00-7:45pm- Private Hockey Group
