Studio Opened

*Please be advised the studio has reopened.  Max number of participants allowed in the studio for each training class to follow with the guidelines/regulations set by Government of Saskatchewan.  Our regular registration applies to all sessions.

I will continue to monitor and update our website regarding any changes.  Participants will be notified via email for all updates.

Please contact for additional information, including protocols sent only to our participants regarding Studio re-opening.  We would love to have you join our crew and offer many different workout formats for all fitness levels and ages.   Options available for online zoom and in Studio Classes.

                    10:30am- 11:30am- Sunday Sweat -Body Blast (Weights & TRX Suspension Trainer)

              

Monday’s- 

                    10:30am- 11:30am Hockey Strength & Conditioning

                    6:00pm-7:00pm- Athletic Stretch          

               

 

Tuesday’s- 

                    6:00pm-7:00pm- P90X LIVE                                                 

 

 

Wednesday’s 

                      10:30am-11:30am-  Hockey Skills/ Athletic Stretch

                      6:00pm-7:00pm-  Get Drenched!  Cardio Kicker 

                     

                

Thursday’s-

                    6:00pm-7:00pm-  Metabolic Meltdown or

                                                 40/20 – 40 mins Strength/20 mins Flow Stretch

 

 

Saturday’s

                  10:00am-11:00am –  Body Blast Mash-Ups!
