We would love to have you join our crew and offer many different workout formats for all fitness levels and ages.   Options available for online zoom and in Studio Classes.

COVID- 19 Daily Assessment for Training Sessions
It is mandatory that all participants/parents abide by the following for each day of classes. If “Yes” to any of the questions below, please do not enter facility or attend any TJ Power Fit Sessions. We are doing our very best to keep everyone in a safe and healthy environment. 
  1. Participants must be feeling well and show no signs or symptoms of illness/COVID- 19 such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath (please see list of symptoms available @www.saskatchewan.ca- 2019- novel-coronavirus). 
  2. If anyone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19, please continue to monitor your symptoms and test.  Do not attend if you have any symptoms.
  • Masks will be required for all persons entering and exciting the studio.  You can remove your mask once you are in your workout area

 

 

All Classes offered with the option of in Studio or Virtual  (unless otherwise posted).  Virtual format will be offered using Zoom

Sunday’s- June 5- 26 ( 4 weeks only)

5:00-6:00pm- Hockey Dryland/Recover & Reset (Stretch + Myofascial Release)

           

Monday’s- April 25- June 20 (No Class May 23)

4:45pm- 5:45pm- Hockey Dryland (in studio/track only)

6:00pm- 7:00pm – TJ Power  (TRX Straps, bands, weights, etc.)

 

Tuesday’s- May 3 -June 21

5:55pm-6:40pm- Metabolic Meltdown (45mins)

6:45pm-7:15pm- Refresh Stretch + Myofascial Release techniques

 

Wednesday’s May 4 -June 22

6:00-7:00pm- TRX Strength & Stretch (Athletic Stretch with the TRX Straps)

                      

Thursday’s-  May 5- June 23

6:00pm-6:45pm- TJ Power (Focus on the strength!)

                       

Friday’s – May 6- June

5:45am- 6:30am- Sunrise Sweat (in studio only)
