*Please be advised the studio is temporarily closed.  We will continue to monitor and update our website prior to the Studio reopening.   I will be offering additional formats of workouts to our participants during this time.  You will be notified via email for all updates.

                    6:00pm-7:00pm- P90X LIVE                                                 

 

 

Wednesday’s 

10:30am-11:30am-  Hockey Skills/ Athletic Stretch

                     6:00pm-7:00pm-  Get Drenched!  Cardio Kicker 

                     

                

Thursday’s-

                  6:00pm-7:00pm-  Metabolic Training

 

 

Saturday’s

                  10:00am-11:00am –  Body Blast Mash-Ups!
