COVID- 19 Daily Assessment for Training Sessions
It is mandatory that all participants/parents abide by the following for each day of classes. If “Yes” to any of the questions below, please do not enter facility or attend any TJ Power Fit Sessions. We are doing our very best to keep everyone in a safe and healthy environment.
Participants must be feeling well and show no signs or symptoms of illness/COVID- 19 such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath (please see list of symptoms available @www.saskatchewan.ca- 2019- novel-coronavirus).
If anyone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19, please continue to monitor your symptoms and test. Do not attend if you have any symptoms.
All Classes offered with the option of in Studio or Virtual (unless otherwise posted). Virtual format will be offered using Zoom

Tuesday’s- September 13- October 4
5:55pm-6:40pm- Metabolic Meltdown (45mins)
6:45pm-7:15pm- Refresh Stretch (+ Foam Rolling)
Wednesday’s September 14- October 5
6:00-7:00pm- TRX Strength and Stretch (in studio only)
*class will include weights and bands
Thursday’s- September 15- October 6
6:00pm-6:45pm- TJ Power (Focus on the strength!)
Friday’s –September 16- October 7
5:45am- 6:30am- Sunrise Sweat (in studio only)
