Studio Opened

*Please be advised the studio has reopened.  Max number of participants allowed in the studio for each training class to follow with the guidelines/regulations set by Government of Saskatchewan.  Our regular registration applies to all sessions.

I will continue to monitor and update our website regarding any changes.  Participants will be notified via email for all updates.

Please contact for additional information, including protocols sent only to our participants regarding Studio re-opening.  We would love to have you join our crew and offer many different workout formats for all fitness levels and ages.   Options available for online zoom and in Studio Classes.

It is mandatory that all participants/parents abide by the following for each day of camp. If “Yes” to any of the questions below, please do not enter facility or attend any TJ Power Fit Sessions.

  1. Participants must be feeling well and show no signs or symptoms of illness/COVID- 19 such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath (please see list of symptoms available @www.saskatchewan.ca- 2019- novel-coronavirus). 
  2. You or anyone in your household has not travelled out of the province in the last 14 days.
  3. You or anyone in your household has not had contact with any persons who may have been in contact with COVID-19, or someone who is begin investigated or confirmed to be a case of COVID – 19

We are doing our very best to keep everyone in a safe and healthy environment.

Monday’s– Sept 14- Oct 5

                    5:45pm-6:45pm-Body Blast (TRX Straps & Weights)

                    7:05pm- 8:05pm- Hockey Strength & Conditioning (in studio only)

                 

Tuesday’s– Sept 15- Oct 6

                    6:00pm- 7:00-  Strength & Conditioning (P90X)  

 

Wednesday’s –Sept 16- Oct 7

                      6:00pm- 7:00pm- Core Meltdown/ Athletic Stretch

  • Workout Strictly for your Core, in combination with dynamic stretching moves. We will slow it down to give you that much needed deep stretch as well!

                     

Thursday’s– May 28- June 18

                       6:00pm-7:00pm- Metabolic Meltdown (40mins)

                                                       Stretch (20mins)

 

Friday’s – Sept 11- Oct 2

                   5:45am- 6:30am- Sunrise Sweat (in studio only)
