                    10:30am- 11:30am- Body Blast (TRX) 

Class Time Change on Sunday March 8th   4:00-5:00pm               

Monday’s- January 6- March 16 

                    6:00pm-7:00pm- Body Blast (TRX)

                    7:15pm- 8:15pm- Hockey Strength & Conditioning Class

 

Tuesday’s- January 7- March 24 (No Classes March 17)

                    6:00pm-7:10pm- P90X LIVE (+ bonus stretch/flow time!)                                                 

 

Wednesday’s –January 8- March 18 

                     6:00pm-7:00pm- Turbo Kick LIVE

                     7:10pm-8:05pm- Body Blast (TRX) with some added free weights!

                

Thursday’s- January 9- March 26 (No Classes March 19)

                    5:45pm-6:45pm Functional Training

                   (TRX, TRX Rip Trainer, Free Weights, some new tools too!)
