Suitable for all fitness levels and ages.

TRX training class focusing on  strength, range of motion,  flexibility, and endurance exercises.


TJ Power (Mash Ups)

TRX Straps, Exercise Bands, KO8, weights, etc, all in combination for a Metabolic Conditioning workout. Compound moves, High Intensity Interval Training mixed with core isolating movements


Metabolic Meltdown

Compound Exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn & increase metabolic rate after workout.

*30-45 min class of full body strength training and cardio conditioning exercises
